You upload a schedule file and get back a defensible, standards-anchored report in minutes, with no software to install.&#10;&#10;It reads the formats planners actually use: Primavera P6 (XER and XML), Microsoft Project (XML and MPP), and Asta Powerproject (PP) natively. Reading PP without an XER export is something most competing tools cannot do.&#10;&#10;Three analysis types:&#10;&#10;Schedule Health checks a single programme against the DCMA 14-point assessment, traces the critical path, maps float paths, runs logic and constraint checks, forecasts progress, and writes a plain-language health summary.&#10;&#10;Schedule Comparison takes two versions of the same programme, such as baseline versus current, and shows what changed, why the completion date moved, and a three-number delay decomposition.&#10;&#10;Series analysis takes several successive updates of one programme and tracks delay trends across those updates over time.&#10;&#10;Every number in a report (DCMA checks, critical path, delay maths, BEI, float) is computed by a deterministic engine. The analysis itself is not performed by AI. An off-the-shelf language model only writes the already-computed findings into readable prose, grounded in verbatim excerpts of the standards each finding cites. It never invents figures.&#10;&#10;Update-integrity checks are the most differentiated part of the product. Across successive contractor submissions, ScheduleLens flags mechanical evidence of schedule manipulation: a Retained Logic to Progress Override switch that moves the critical path without touching an activity, slip concealed by shaved durations (reported as a defensible lower bound), recorded actual dates that changed after they were first reported, critical-path churn, forced Expected Finish dates, and constraint tells such as as-late-as-possible logic. Each flag states the evidence and leaves judgement to the reader. It reports mechanical facts, never intent, fraud, or contractual responsibility.&#10;&#10;Standards anchoring: DCMA 14-Point (PAM 200.1 thresholds), an AACE RP 29R-03-aligned observational method, and an SCL Protocol Appendix B records-adequacy assessment on comparison reports, with a methodology appendix citing the standard behind each finding.&#10;&#10;Outputs suit EOT and dispute support: an HTML and PDF report, an Excel appendix, delay decomposition, and float-path tables.&#10;&#10;Subscribers get more. A Project dashboard tracks snapshots of one programme over time, showing BEI, float, DCMA health, and scheduling-mode changes across its own updates. A multi-baseline timeline models re-baselining, such as an EOT award or an accepted revised programme, as ordered eras, so each snapshot is measured against the plan in force for its era. Two grounded conversational agents answer read-only questions about a report or the project's history, again only from the computed results.&#10;&#10;Privacy comes first. The uploaded source file is deleted after processing. Structured results are kept, encrypted and time-limited, only when you opt into retention.
