The SmartPrep guided setup walks you through each compliance domain at your own pace, so it was usable without heavy onboarding. The strongest part for us is how easy it was to upload disorganised evidence in one zip file and the AutoMatch feature figured out sorting evidence against the controls in scope. Additional evidence that came in just followed the same approach. Evidence validation keep audit preparation tidy, with a clear audit trail. Being built with data residency in Australia made it an easy fit for our clients that require data to be geofenced, and the value for the capability has been strong relative to other platforms. Support has been super responsive when we have needed them. > > **Cons**: Risk management is the weak spot. It is still missing the risk module which we have been told is coming soon. Maintaining a live risk register outside the platform meant that there were some manual work for our team to do outside the platform.
