Trupeo fixes this without changing your address or sharing a password. You connect your existing mailbox (Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365 or any IMAP mailbox) and each member gets individual, revocable access. On top, the team gets organized: assign a conversation to someone, follow statuses (to sort, for me, in progress, handled), leave internal notes, @mention a colleague, and see in real time when someone is already replying thanks to the collision lock. Replies go out from the shared address your contacts already know.
