The booking page is yours, not ours. It runs on your own web address and carries your logo, colours and typeface, so it reads as part of your venue rather than a third party checkout. The customers who book on it stay your customers.

Money goes straight into your own Stripe account. Your venue is the merchant of record, so Hatch never holds your takings and never sits between you and a payout. Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay all work from day one.

What happens after the booking is handled too. Customers get a QR ticket by email and add the date to their calendar in one tap. Your team scans guests in at the door using the phones you already own. Walk-ins go through a till on the same system, so the day reconciles without exporting anything. Guests amend and cancel their own bookings inside the rules you set, which keeps your inbox clear on a busy Saturday.

Abandoned checkouts are chased automatically, and a review request goes out after the visit, so your Google rating grows without anyone remembering to ask.

Reporting covers takings by event, by day, and against a target you set. Operators running several sites see every venue in one place with group and regional roll-ups, while each venue's money settles into its own bank account.

Setting up takes an afternoon: create your account, add your branding, build your session schedule and connect Stripe. There is no implementation project to sign off first.
