In Tech Guarding Hub, an organisation can invite users, collect nine structured sections of onboarding information, receive documents in access-controlled areas and build a consistent review record. Screening workflows cover identity and right-to-work evidence, SIA licences, five-year address and employment histories, gaps, sanctions, financial probity, DBS routing and references. Automated checks and pre-filled evidence support the reviewer where available; controls that require human judgement remain reviewer-led. Buyers can use self-review or choose Tech Guarding's managed-review route.

TechGuard is the operational companion for guards who have been assigned app access by their organisation. Officers can see assigned shifts and patrols, clock in and out, complete patrol checkpoints, capture photo or video proof, draft incident reports, use offline queues where connectivity is limited, and access configured panic and welfare workflows. Organisations can review patrol progress, incidents, evidence and timesheet records through authorised operational views.

The products share the Tech Guarding account model but have separate commercial controls. Hub can support the wider organisation, while paid TechGuard seats are enabled only for selected users. Verification purchases are separate again, making it easier for buyers to see what they are paying for before they start.
