> MeinLeadFlow replaces the traditional website contact form with a guided, multi-step flow. Visitors answer a few targeted questions while AI works invisibly in the background, selecting the right follow-up questions based on the services a business has configured.

The result is a structured inquiry delivered by email: the requested service, all answers, the location including a check against the company's service area, and a short AI assessment of the lead. Businesses can see at a glance whether a callback is worthwhile.

Not a chatbot. There is no chat window and no artificial conversation. To visitors, it looks and feels like a normal form — the AI simply decides which questions to ask.

Privacy by design. MeinLeadFlow sets no cookies, which means no additional cookie banner is required. Consent is built directly into the form, and all data is processed and stored with European providers. A data processing agreement and a template for your privacy policy are included.

Set up in minutes. A single code snippet is all it takes. MeinLeadFlow works with WordPress, website builders and custom-built sites, and runs alongside your existing contact form — so no leads are lost during the transition.
