Payment requests direct clients to the provider's own payment methods; Houndtrust does not process or hold booking money. There is no Houndtrust commission on bookings from clients the provider brings. Because Houndtrust runs in a web browser, providers can use it from a phone or computer, and their clients do not need to download an app. Support is available by email and phone, with documentation, videos, FAQs, and a knowledge base.
