It replaces the book with an iPad. Guests sign in their own handwriting, with a stylus or a fingertip, on a page that looks like a guestbook, so nothing about the moment asks a grieving family to learn software. When a guest submits, AI transcription reads the handwriting and turns it into typed, structured contact data: name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and an optional flag when someone says they would like information about preplanning.

What a home gets back. Every name, number, and mailing address from the service, in a browser dashboard you can open on any device. That is the list thank-you notes, aftercare, and preneed follow-up are built from. A guestbook PDF can be generated for the family as a keepsake. Built for the room, not the office. Entries save on the iPad and sync automatically when a connection returns, so a chapel with weak Wi-Fi is not a problem.
