> LuckyMaid is a CRM and operations platform for residential cleaning businesses with 1-10 cleaners. What it does:
- Scheduling and dispatch: drag-and-drop calendar, recurring job series (weekly/biweekly/monthly), conflict detection, cleaner assignment, and two-way Google Calendar sync.
- Cleaner portal: cleaners see their schedule on their phone, clock in and out with GPS and geofencing, request time off, and track their earnings. Available in English and Spanish.
- Payments: Stripe and Square support, automatic invoicing on job completion, payment links, card-on-file auto-charge, tips, and processing-fee surcharge options.
- Client communication: automated SMS and email - appointment reminders, on-my-way texts, follow-ups, review requests, and drip campaigns to re-engage cold leads. SMS works on day one - no A2P registration wait.
- Online booking: a public booking page you can text a lead from the driveway. Requests come in, you approve, the client gets confirmed automatically.
- Client management: full history, notes, preferences, lifetime value, and a customer portal.

What makes it different: no per-cleaner fees on any plan. Competing tools charge $14-$35 per user per month, which quietly punishes you for growing your team. LuckyMaid's plans are flat: Starter $29/mo, Growth $59/mo, Pro $89/mo. SMS is included on every tier at cost (\~$0.013/message, no markup).
