> CoolRides is a white-label reservation and dispatch platform for chauffeured transportation companies. It replaces the spreadsheet-and-phone workflow — and the per-trip metering of legacy limo software — with one flat monthly price and no volume limits.

Operators manage reservations from booking to payout in a single console: take a reservation, quote it from a rate book, assign and text a driver, collect payment, and settle the driver's cut. Customers get a branded booking site on the operator's own domain, with instant upfront pricing rather than a callback.

Payments run on Stripe Connect. Cards are stored against riders or corporate billing contacts, charged when the ride is complete, and receipted automatically — branded PDF receipts sent from the operator's own email domain.
