InmoPro is built for estate agencies and independent agents running their business out of spreadsheets, a shared inbox and a portal back office, who are starting to lose track of who asked for what. It suits a solo agent listing their first twenty properties as well as an agency coordinating several offices, because the same workspace grows with you instead of being replaced.

What changes day to day
Enquiries arrive from your website, the portals and email, and land already scored from 0 to 100, so the first call of the morning is the one most likely to close. Every enquiry gets an acknowledgement without anyone having to remember. When a buyer tells you what they are looking for, you cross it against your whole portfolio in seconds and send the match by WhatsApp. Viewings are signed on screen, deposit agreements and contracts come out of your own templates, and when a sale closes the commission split between the agent who listed it and the agent who sold it is worked out for you.

Where it fits
Idealista and Catastro, Google Calendar and Outlook, WhatsApp, Stripe, and a REST API with webhooks for your own website. The interface is available in Spanish and English and shows prices in 54 currencies, so agencies working across borders are not forced into euros. Agents work from an installable mobile app with push notifications, and can sign in with a passkey instead of a password.

Trying it, and getting help
The free plan is a working product rather than a trial that runs out: 20 properties, one user, one office and unlimited contacts, for as long as you want it. Paid plans take you to 200, 500 or unlimited properties as your portfolio grows. A guided checklist walks you through the first steps from your dashboard, and an assistant built into the CRM answers questions about how things work and opens a support ticket when it cannot.
