> OnScanner is a web vulnerability, security, and privacy scanner designed for on-demand analysis of web applications and infrastructure. It helps organizations identify security vulnerabilities, privacy risks, and compliance gaps across digital properties, including those managed by technology companies, healthcare providers, e-commerce platforms, and enterprises with multiple web assets.

The scanner uses specialized engines that operate in parallel during each scan. It covers areas such as security vulnerabilities, privacy trackers, CVE detection, DNS analysis, technology fingerprinting, WAF identification, email security, and infrastructure assessment. Scans provide live, non-cached results in both authenticated and unauthenticated modes, with coverage of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and CPE/CVE mapping enhanced by EPSS exploit-probability scoring and CISA KEV context. Additional capabilities include subdomain enumeration, subdomain takeover detection, SSL/TLS analysis, and privacy scanning to detect third-party trackers, evaluate cookie usage, and identify canvas fingerprinting and session recorders.

The scanning engines operate deterministically without relying on large language models. Optional AI features can generate executive summaries, correlate attack chains, map findings to the MITRE ATT\&CK framework, and produce compliance assessments for standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.

The platform supports programmatic scan execution and results retrieval through a REST API and Model Context Protocol server. It allows users to schedule scans at regular intervals and provides structured reports in JSON and PDF formats. Scan configurations can be adjusted for different modes and depths, with results including severity ratings, risk scores, and remediation details for identified issues.
