> **Pros**: Easy to use with a ton of customization\! Best part is full payments integration with the poynt terminal. I can have a member simply tap their card or phone and GymPoint saves the card for membership billing.

> **Cons**: With all new setup it took a bit of clicking around to get the settings just right. There is an ai agent called pulse you can ask and will take you directly to the setting you need.

> Very impressed with the feature set, for our boxing gym we needed digital waivers and the ability to text message our members when payments were overdue. GymPoint totally fit our operation.
