dpp.cloud pricing has two independent components: your platform tier and your SKU activation bundle.

Platform Tiers (one time setup fee plus annual fee):

Growth: €3,000 setup and €7,000 per year. Includes 5 user seats, standard email support (24h), basic templates, 3 live training sessions, and basic DPP functionality with shop integration.

Professional (Most Popular): €5,000 setup and €12,000 per year. Includes 20 user seats, priority support and calls (24h), advanced templates, 5 live training sessions, deeplink shop integration, and AI generated user manuals.

Enterprise: Custom pricing, available on request. Includes unlimited users with SSO, a 4 hour response SLA with a dedicated account manager, multi language and multi entity setup, and white glove project management. Best suited for companies using dpp.cloud as a full service, returns, and warranty touchpoint, not just for compliance.

SKU Activation (one time fee, independent of tier; any bundle can be paired with any tier):
€2,000 bundle covers 2,000 SKUs at €1.00 per SKU. €3,000 bundle covers 6,000 SKUs at €0.50 per SKU. €5,000 bundle covers 20,000 SKUs at €0.25 per SKU.

SKU activation is a one time fee charged per product. Once a SKU is activated, it stays active for the life of your contract. You can upgrade your platform tier or SKU bundle at any point as your product volume or feature needs grow.
