What you can do

Clinical documentation
Write structured notes in the format your discipline uses. Built-in templates cover SOAP, DAP, BIRP, GIRP and PIRP notes, plus progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, client intake forms, informed consent forms and superbills. Notes attach to the client record, so a client's full history stays in one timeline instead of scattered across documents.

Scheduling and booking
Publish a booking page and share the link or embed it on your own website. Clients pick a slot from your real availability in their own timezone, and get a confirmation with links to reschedule or cancel. The session, the client record and the note all exist from the moment it is booked.

Invoicing and payments
Create and send invoices, and take card payments through Stripe. Superbill templates are included for clients claiming from their own insurer.

Client portal
Share files, forms and information with clients through a portal you control, rather than over email attachments.
