# Morton Command Center

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.uk/software/557453/Morton-Command-Center

> Morton Command Center is a unified operations platform for managed service providers. Most MSPs run five to eight separate vendor tools to handle one ticket. The all-in-one platforms that promise to fix that ask you to migrate every ticket, contract and client into their database first. Morton Command Center reads from the tools you already use and stitches them into one personalized dashboard instead. Your data never moves.

Native modules include a unified ticket queue across every PSA, a per-client company view that doubles as a white-label customer portal, automated invoicing across five contract types with dry-run preview and a full audit trail, per-ticket time tracking that flows straight into billing, multi-vendor backup monitoring with an exception-first view, a normalized security operations rollup, revenue analytics, a unified companies and contacts directory, procurement and branded quotes, a sales leads pipeline, branded email campaigns and scheduled client reports with delivery included, a document builder for proposals and onboarding packets, and a drag-and-drop dashboard builder each team arranges for itself.

Integrations are custom-built for your stack during your build rather than toggled on from a catalog. If a tool exposes an API, it can be connected: QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Xero, Sage, NinjaOne, Datto, ConnectWise, HaloPSA, Freshdesk, Autotask, Huntress, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, Veeam, Pax8, Ingram Micro, 3CX, RingCentral, Microsoft 365, IT Glue, Hudu and whatever else you run. Roughly 80 percent of the integrations in production customer instances were built for that customer's specific stack.

What makes it different: every customer gets a dedicated, isolated application instance rather than a shared multi-tenant database, so cross-tenant access is impossible at the architectural level. Pricing is a one-time Build plus a flat monthly Subscription, so the bill does not scale with your headcount or endpoint count. Sync cadence is tuned per integration instead of fixed nightly batches. And because your tools stay the source of truth, leaving means going back to using them natively, with nothing to extract.

Built and personally supported by the engineer who created it, who runs the same platform daily inside a working MSP. Typical time to live is two to four weeks after a discovery call.

Best fit for MSPs whose current PSA and RMM stack works fine but who need a unifying layer for billing, reporting, client communication and security operations. Particularly strong for MSPs on QuickBooks Desktop, MSPs with a mixed contract book (managed flat-rate, block hours, T\&M, infrastructure, a la carte), healthcare MSPs needing HIPAA-ready architecture and audit trails, and anyone tired of per-seat pricing that punishes growth.

## About the vendor

- **Company**: MortonApps, LLC

## Commercial Context

- **Starting Price**: US$350.00
- **Pricing model**: Flat Rate
- **Pricing Details**: Morton Command Center is priced as a one-time Build plus a flat monthly Subscription: $4,500 and $350 a month on launch pricing. There are no per-user, per-endpoint, per-ticket or per-client fees, so hiring ten more techs or onboarding twenty more client companies does not change the bill.

The Build covers discovery, custom development of three integrations for your specific stack, module configuration, client mapping, deployment to your own branded subdomain and team training. The Subscription covers hosting, maintenance, updates, client email delivery, workflow refinements and priority support for everyone on your team.

Integrations beyond the three included are $1,500 one-time each, and an integration is priced once no matter how many of your clients it serves. Build it once and it runs across your whole portfolio.

For a build with the three included integrations, year one is $8,700 all in, and the running cost from year two onward is $4,200 per year. A 12-month payment plan spreads the build across year one at roughly $725 per month including hosting and support, dropping to $350 per month from month 13.

Launch pricing: sign up on or before December 31, 2026 and these rates are locked in for the life of your account. Regular pricing is a $6,000 Build, $500 a month and $2,000 per additional integration, so launch pricing is 25 percent off the Build and every integration and 30 percent off the Subscription.

Larger or more complex engagements are scoped individually. There is no free trial because the platform is custom-built per customer and there is nothing to log into until your build exists. Instead we offer demo access to a populated environment, a live walkthrough of a running Command Center with client data obscured, and a no-commitment discovery call with a scoped proposal.
- **Target Audience**: Self Employed, 2–10, 11–50, 51–200
- **Deployment & Platforms**: Cloud, SaaS, Web-based
- **Supported Languages**: English
- **Available Countries**: Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States
