Custom shops lose hours to the same problem. Sell online. A built-in product builder lets customers configure custom work themselves — dimensions, materials, finishes — with pricing that updates as they build. The storefront and checkout come with it: professional themes, Stripe payments, multiple payment methods, and tax handling, so you're taking real custom orders online instead of fielding them by phone and email.

Build custom. The order that comes in is the order that hits the floor — no re-keying. TimberCloud generates build sheets and bills of materials automatically and calculates material use to cut waste. Production tracking shows every job's status and where the bottlenecks are in real time, so you know what's late before the customer does.

Track stock. Inventory monitors raw materials and finished goods together, with automatic reorder alerts so you don't discover a shortage mid-build. Barcode scanning and cycle counts keep the counts honest.

Ship live. Shipping goes out from the same system that took the order — automated label generation, multi-carrier rates, and tracking — so the shipment closes out the same record the customer started.

On top of it all, dashboards and custom reports give you a real read on throughput, margins, and where time and material are going — the numbers most shops can only piece together after the fact, if at all.

The point isn't the feature count. It's that the order, the build, the stock, and the shipment are one record instead of four apps stitched together with spreadsheets and retyping.
