> **Pros**: The biggest strength is Soter’s ability to take safety data and turn it into useful, actionable insight. It helps identify trends, recurring issues, and areas that may need more attention without requiring you to manually dig through everything yourself.

I also like the flexibility of the platform. It can be applied to different EHS use cases rather than feeling like a rigid, one-size-fits-all system. The team is also very responsive and open to feedback, which has made it easy to explore new workflows and ways to use the technology.

> **Cons**: I haven’t run into any significant drawbacks so far. Like any AI-driven platform, there is still a need for human review and judgment, especially in EHS where context matters, but I view that more as part of using the technology appropriately than a limitation of Soter itself.

What I’ve liked most is being able to take information we already collect and use AI to get more value out of it. Instead of just storing data or reviewing individual observations, Soter has helped me look at the bigger picture and identify where risks or patterns may be developing.

I’ve also been able to test some less traditional use cases, including camera-based safety observations and hazardous waste workflows, which has shown me how flexible the platform can be. Overall, it has become a useful extension of how I already approach EHS—using data and field information to make better decisions about where to focus attention.
