> Pricebookr is a browser-based pricebook application for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other service businesses. It gives an office team one catalog of products and services with separate retail, wholesale, and field pricebooks.

Each item can include a SKU, category, description, unit, material cost, labor cost, and book hours. Import a CSV or pull an existing Jobber catalog, then search and filter items before making changes. CSV imports match existing SKUs, preserve omitted fields, and report items restored from Trash.

Build markup or margin schedules by cost band. Preview bulk adjustments to material cost, labor cost, or selling price before applying them. Fixed manual prices are protected from cost-based recalculation, while item-specific percentage overrides continue to follow their own markup. Item history and catalog snapshots support reviewing and reversing changes.

Administrators control team membership, pricebook access, and cost visibility. Field members have a read-only catalog, so they can see the prices they need without changing the master list.

The Jobber connection supports importing products and services and pushing prices to selected pricebooks. QuickBooks Online and Housecall Pro catalog transfers use downloadable CSV files for their import tools. A 14-day trial includes catalog building, imports, and pricing tools. A paid subscription unlocks Jobber pushes and catalog exports.
