It turns a work-alone policy into a practical response program by combining configurable check-ins, GPS visibility during active shifts, panic and missed-check-in alerts, escalation workflows, two-way communication, supervisor dashboards, audit-ready records, and 24/7 bilingual human monitoring included. English and French support is available, with client setup, training and direct user support.

Workers have a clear way to check in or request help. Supervisors can review worker status, location context, exceptions, escalation activity, and resolution history without relying on spreadsheets, text chains, or manual call-around processes. When an alert is triggered, monitoring personnel follow the organization's approved escalation procedure and contact designated contacts, responders, or emergency services as required.

Authorized teams can also send targeted mass notifications by SMS/satellite, email, and push to selected users, emergency response plan (ERP) groups, companies, or all permitted users. Detailed communication logs and a view of SMS and satellite messages received within the last 24 hours, with unread filtering support traceability and later review.

Reporting is available on demand or through recurring daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. Reports can cover selected users, ERP areas, billing groups, or an entire company, with selectable sections and private links that expire after seven days. Archive route playback adds timeline controls, step navigation, playback speeds, speed and heading data, and a full-route view for incident review and investigations.

Company and ERP-area monitoring scopes help operators focus on the right teams, while global alarm delivery keeps active alarms visible regardless of the selected scope. Improved alarm lifecycle handling helps prevent resolved or duplicate alerts from reopening or replaying alarm audio.

Where configured, compatible satellite-connected devices can extend supported communication beyond cellular coverage. Separate compatible devices, connectivity, coverage, and service may be required. Supported gas detectors, including paired RKI GX-3R Pro workflows, can connect through smartphones where use of a non-intrinsically-safe phone is permitted. A paired phone must not be assumed intrinsically safe or a reliable fall detector. Suitability for hazardous locations depends on the complete device configuration and site requirements.

Be Safe supports documented work-alone procedures, incident review, investigations, and audits. It does not guarantee regulatory compliance or provide emergency responders.

Be Safe does not offer a customer-facing API; supported device connections are separate from a public software API.
