It analyzes consultation documents, identifies buyer requirements and weighted evaluation criteria, and helps draft technical proposals using the company's references, CVs, methods and supporting documents. Teams can follow the buyer's response template, prepare DC1, DC2 and DC4 administrative forms, and complete BPU, DPGF and DQE pricing spreadsheets using company-approved prices. Editable Word, PDF and Excel outputs support review before submission. The application is available in French and English. SaaS hosting is in France; Citadelle deployment on company premises is available on request. Starter is EUR 60 excluding VAT per tender, with a minimum of 15 tenders, and a pilot tender is offered. A separate free MIT-licensed Python CLI works with compatible AI agents using the user's own agent access. People remain responsible for checking and approving the final response, references, commitments and prices.
