Who it is for

The typical Geplass club has between 20 and 300 members and no dedicated back-office. Larger clubs use Geplass too, but the product is designed so that the smallest ones are not asked to behave like enterprises.

What tends to change first

Clubs usually tell us the same three things change in the first month. Chasing payments stops being a personal task, because members renew from their phone and the system tracks expiry dates. The medical certificate folder stops being a risk, because expiries are flagged before they lapse rather than discovered afterwards. And the end-of-month reconciliation between the spreadsheet, the receipt book and the messages disappears, because there is only one record.

Getting started and support

Most clubs are running within a day. Your existing member list imports from Excel with a guided flow, so you are not retyping records. There is a step-by-step setup guide and a library of short video tutorials for the club side and the member side.

Support is by email and is normally answered within 24 hours. It is handled by the team that builds the product, not by an outsourced desk, so the person replying can usually fix the thing rather than escalate it.

Priority support is included on the Premium plan. The interface is available in Italian, English and German.

Annual billing is available at a discount on both paid plans.

Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no credit card is requested to begin. When the trial ends the account moves to the free Starter plan automatically. Nothing is switched off and no data is lost, so a club can keep working within the free limits and upgrade later when it grows.

Payment processing through the platform carries standard card transaction fees, and each club chooses whether to absorb them or pass them on to the member.
