Here is the flow. The quote form sits on the mover's own website. The customer fills it in, then films one walkthrough of their home on their phone, talking as they go. Or the mover guides them through it on a live video call, rooms confirmed together, inventory built in real time. The AI recognizes the items; it does not measure anything. Cubic feet and weight come from the industry-standard cube and weight tables the trade already uses, with room-by-room notes and box counts. What the customer says counts: if they say the couch stays, it comes off the list.

Three things run on their own: the lead capture, the inventory built from the walkthrough, and the push into the CRM, with a text to the mover when it lands. One thing waits for the mover, on purpose: the quote. The mover looks the inventory over in the CRM or the dashboard, fixes anything the AI got wrong, and sends the quote from their own system at their own rates. An item list assembled from a video is a strong draft, and the person whose margin is on the line prices it.

The inventory lands in the CRM the company already runs: a native push into SmartMoving today, and any other CRM through the Partner API, webhooks, or a lead-intake email address. MoveBlueprint is not a CRM and does not replace one. It does not perform or arrange moves.
