> Vaytax is for companies based outside Germany and France that sell there and keep stock in a local warehouse: Amazon FBA sellers, webshops and B2B wholesalers. If German or French VAT is new to you, or the tax office has started writing to you in German, this is who we help.

A licensed German tax advisory firm does the work and talks to you in English. We register you with the tax office and follow up until your German tax number and VAT ID arrive, typically in 4 to 8 weeks, or we take over a number you already hold. Each month or quarter you upload your Amazon, Shopify, easybill or DATEV export, or type your figures, and confirm them. We check them and file every return through our own ELSTER connection: VAT returns, the EC sales list and the annual return. In France we file the monthly CA3.

Every letter from the tax office lands in your account, read and explained in plain English with its deadline named. Support is by email and in your account, in English. Flat prices, net of VAT, no per-transaction charge.
