The software includes biometric identity verification with liveness detection and automatic reading of Mexican national identification cards and passports. It generates corporate structure trees to identify beneficial owners with ownership stakes of twenty-five percent or higher, linking supporting documentation to each shareholder. The system performs continuous screening against OFAC sanctions lists, SAT Article 69-B blacklists, and politically exposed persons databases using fuzzy matching technology. Additional features include automatic extraction of tax data from CFDI invoice XML files, encrypted cloud storage with AES-256 encryption, and generation of encrypted XML reports for submission to the Financial Intelligence Unit through the SAT SPPLD portal.

Global KYC operates as a Software-as-a-Service platform that incorporates regulatory updates as Mexican anti-money laundering requirements change. It includes audit trails, role-based access controls, and encrypted data storage to support compliance documentation and reviews.

> **Pros**: Lo que más me gustó de Global KYC es que te resuelve de forma muy práctica todo el papeleo de la Ley Antilavado. Está excelente que valide las INEs y cheque las listas del SAT automáticamente, así te quitas de broncas legales sin tanto rollo. Es una herramienta muy completa que te ayuda a digitalizar todo y a estar tranquilo con la autoridad.

> **Cons**: Lo que menos me convenció es que la plataforma está sumamente enfocada en el mercado mexicano; por lo mismo, si manejas clientes internacionales, no se aprovechan del todo las funciones automatizadas como la validación con el INE o RENAPO. Además, para empresas muy pequeñas o con poco volumen de operaciones, la configuración inicial y el robusto set de herramientas pueden sentirse un poco complejos si solo se busca una solución básica de registro.

> La verdad es que usar Global KYC me cambió por completo la forma de trabajar, sobre todo porque me quitó de encima el estrés de estar cumpliendo con la Ley Antilavado en México. Lo que más agradezco es que ya no tengo que andar cargando carpetas de papel por todos lados ni estar llenando registros a mano
