# InvoiceParser Pro

> InvoiceParser Pro is for the person who opens a folder of supplier invoices every week and types them into a spreadsheet or straight into QuickBooks: the bookkeeper working through a client's month, the AP clerk at a growing business, or the accounting firm running dozens of clients. Freight and logistics operators, with carrier, fuel and clearing invoices in several currencies, are one of the audiences it was built for.

The product does three things: it reads the invoice, it checks the invoice, and it waits for a person to approve it.

Reading it means every line, not just the header totals: description, quantity, unit price, discount, tax and line total for each row, plus tax lines, shipping, fees and the total. There are no vendor templates to build and no training phase. PDFs, scans and phone photos are accepted, up to 50 documents an upload, or invoices can be forwarded by email: each client gets its own inbox address, on every plan. Amounts stay in the currency printed on the invoice and are never added across currencies.

Checking it means arithmetic: each line's quantity times unit price, the lines against the subtotal, the tax against its printed rate, and subtotal plus tax against the total. When something does not add up, the invoice is flagged with its own numbers, for example: subtotal plus tax comes to 18,008.79, but the total says 21,430.46. Every field carries a High, Medium or Low confidence. Possible duplicates are flagged against invoices from the last 400 days for a person to decide, and supplier statements are flagged rather than treated as bills.

Approving it means nothing moves until someone says so. Each bill is reviewed beside its source page. On Team and Scale, multi-step approval chains and eight roles with approval limits decide who signs off. On paid plans, approved bills are pushed to QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books, and editing a money field on an approved bill withdraws the approval. On every plan, Excel exports carry every line item and CSV exports carry one row per invoice. Clients are folders inside one workspace, with one accounting connection per provider. QuickBooks pushes can carry your mapped tax codes; Xero and Zoho pushes don't set tax codes yet.

Pricing is published. Free: 25 invoices and 20 handwritten documents a month, one user, line items included, no card. Starter: $79 a month for 200 invoices and 3 users. Team: $249 a month for 1,000 invoices, unlimited users, approval workflows and a client upload link. Scale: $599 a month for 5,000 invoices and REST API access. Annual billing saves 20%. Paid plans add $0.10 per invoice past the allowance, up to 1,000 extra. Every account starts with a 14-day trial of 50 invoices, no credit card. Enterprise is available for more than 5,000 invoices a month.

We publish our own accuracy method: in a production run on 3 October 2026, 174 of 181 synthetic invoices had every key header field correct, and all five deliberately inconsistent totals were flagged.
