The system flows from section to section and you can stay on one provider and not have to get out of one profile to gather information from another section, the process feels streamlined and logical. The AI and automation features are unbelievable what it can actually do and the time you can save by using it to assist you with multiple things like password changes, attestations and compliance checks. The tasking feature helps you organize your day right when you log in and a see your dashboard. The feature of having users being able to see the just the providers they are working on instead of having to look through all provider information and the dashboard is truly accurate of what the is assigned to that team member.
