It is built for small and medium-sized office-based companies, including agencies, IT and consulting firms, e-commerce businesses and manufacturers, that want to replace disconnected tools and spreadsheet-based processes.

The platform covers the full path from lead to invoice. Contacts and leads are managed in one place, projects and tasks are tracked on Kanban boards, and calendars, reminders and follow-ups are tied to the related client or project. Team chat, message boards and automatic notifications keep communication inside the system. A file manager stores documents next to the work they belong to. A knowledge base, ticketing, time tracking, HR tools and a customizable dashboard are also included.

IntrApp is modular, so companies start with the functions they need and expand later. Features requested by the majority of customers become part of the core product at no extra charge, and individual requirements are handled through custom development on the same framework. The system offers API access and WordPress integration, runs each company in its own isolated database, is GDPR-compliant and supports two-factor authentication.
