> **Pros**: You can create avatars of your coworkers and address them in the app. Can feel cathartic and prepares you for the real thing. Also there are many tools that lead you through change in a structured way. Things that I wasn't consciously aware of come out and I get to process them.

> **Cons**: The help pages are useful but are a bit distracting. I sometimes feel lost about which tool to continue with.

> It was a great experience. I didn't even realize I was going through changes in my life, Change2go helped me identify them and led me in diffferent ways to progress in them. Having separate projects is also useful as one may have a number of things that are going through a change and need to be handled separately.

> **Pros**: Ich kann zu jeder Zeit und an jedem Ort das für mich benötigte Tool nutzen. 
Dabei kann ich den Zeitpunkt welcher für mich am besten geeignet ist selbst bestimmen. Gegenüber klassischen Ausbildungsgängen gibt mir das die notwendige Flexibilität. Das erachte ich als grossen Vorteil.

> **Cons**: Da es sich um ein Selbstlearning handelt, liegt das lernen in der Eigenverantwortung - eine Fähigkeit die nicht jedem gegeben ist. 
Falls man auf einen Widerstand trifft, kann man auf den Fachsupport zählen. Sie agieren als „Bridgers“ für Einzelpersonen sowie für Organisationen/Teams.

> In sämtlichen Bereichen sind Lernvideos vorhanden welche leicht verständlich sind. Die „Gameifizierung“ spornt das lernen an und sorgt für eine abwechslungsreiche Lernumgebung. Ich kann mich jeder Zeit auf den digitale Change Coach verlassen.

> **Pros**: Die Unterteilung in Wahrnehmen, Denken und Handeln. Das entspricht sehr genau den Situationen in welchen ich mich in den Projekten wiederfinde. Manchmal muss ich nur etwas nachlesen, manchmal brauche ich handfeste Handlungsvorschläge.

Der Change Coach ist exzellent und hilft mir bei meinen täglichen Herausforderungen als Führungsperson und Projektleiterin weiter. Ich kann auch herausfordernde personelle Fragen (anonymisiert) be- und Vorgehenstaktiken mit ihm durchsprechen, was mir nachher bei der Umsetzung sehr hilft. 

Weiter gefällt mir der spielerische Aufbau der App gut. Durch das Punktesammeln sehe ich direkt die Fortschritte die ich mache.

> **Cons**: Die Fragen innerhalb der Aufgaben könnten ein wenig genauer formuliert sein oder vielleicht auch Freitext beinhalten.

> Die Einführung in die App ist übersichtlich und die Bedienung ist selbsterklärend. Die App unterstütz mich jeden Tag dabei, Change bei uns in der Firma umzusetzen und dadurch sehe ich einen langfristigen Effekt des Changes.
Ich chatte gerne mit dem Coach, da ich dadurch einen Sparring Partner habe, der mich in meiner Arbeit jederzeit challengen kann.
Zudem habe ich die Übersicht über meine Projekte immer an der Hand. Das erleichtert mir Gespräche mit Stakeholdern da ich mich auch sehr kurzfristig auf Gespräche vorbereiten kann.
