> **Pros**: I run a luxury dive operation, so a missed call is rarely just a missed call — it's a trip inquiry worth $500+ that goes to whoever picks up first. We were on a traditional phone system before this, which meant anything outside of me personally answering went to voicemail, and a good share of those people simply never called back.

The AI answering is the whole thing. It doesn't just take a message — it actually handles the call in context: answers real questions about what we offer, sounds like a person, and gets me what I need to follow up. In the 4 months we've run it, capturing calls I would otherwise have lost has driven growth that dwarfs what the service costs. It isn't close.

The part I didn't expect: I can just call it and change things by talking. No dashboard, no support ticket, no waiting on a config change. I say what I want different and it's different. Still feels a little wild every time.
