> Setuverse is GST billing and business management software for small and mid-sized businesses in India. It brings invoicing, inventory, GST filing and reporting into a single application that runs on Android, iOS, Windows 10 and 11, and any web browser, with data synced across every device on the account.

Billing covers unlimited GST and non-GST invoices with automatic CGST, SGST and IGST calculation. Compliance features include GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B ready reports, e-invoicing with IRN generation, and e-way billing. Inventory management provides barcode scanning, low-stock alerts and purchase tracking. Customer credit, known locally as khata or udhaar, is recorded against each customer with automated payment reminders. Invoices, reminders and daily sales summaries can be sent over WhatsApp. Thermal printers in 58mm and 80mm formats are supported. Reporting covers sales, profit and item-level performance in real time.

Offline mode allows billing to continue during internet outages, with automatic synchronisation once connectivity returns. This supports businesses operating in smaller towns and areas where connectivity is intermittent, allowing the counter to keep running and reconcile later.

Setuverse provides industry-specific modules for eleven trades, each with workflows and terminology matched to that sector. Restaurants have KOT-based billing, table management, QR digital menus and separate dine-in, takeaway and delivery modes. Bars and breweries have bottle-wise liquor inventory, pour cost analysis, variance and wastage reporting, happy-hour pricing and tab management. Cafes have quick counter billing, combo and daily specials, and loyalty programmes. Cloud kitchens have multi-brand management and KOT routing without dine-in functions. QSR and fast food outlets have speed billing, token and queue management, and kitchen display integration. Retail shops have counter POS with multi-store stock synchronisation. Pharmacies have FEFO dispensing, drug schedule control, batch and expiry tracking, and prescription records. Kirana and grocery stores have weight-based billing, digital khata, tiered bulk pricing and a choice of FIFO, LIFO or weighted average costing. Garment shops have a size and colour variant matrix, a barcode for each variant, seasonal collection tagging and automatic switching between the 5 percent and 12 percent GST slabs. Electronics dealers have serial number and IMEI tracking with warranty card generation. Agri-input dealers have batch and expiry tracking, quality grades, crop cycle tracking and farmer credit records.

The software is built for owner-operators who handle billing themselves and have no IT staff. Many users are moving from paper registers, spreadsheets or a basic bill-printing machine, so the interface assumes no accounting background and is intended to be learnable by a new cashier within a single shift.

Account setup and onboarding are included at no cost. The onboarding team configures items, tax rates and printer connections with the customer before go-live. Support is available 24 hours a day in English, Hindi and Marathi, covering evening and weekend trading hours. Businesses running more than one outlet receive volume pricing, centralised reporting across locations and a named support contact.

Setuverse is sold as a single annual plan at INR 2,999 per location per year, which is INR 3,539 including 18 percent GST. All features listed above are part of that plan. There are no setup fees, no per-transaction charges and no add-on cost for the essentials. One staff login is included, and additional logins with role-based permissions and activity tracking are INR 599 per year plus GST each.
