> opheo is route planning and transportation dispatch software for organizations that operate their own or permanently chartered truck fleets. It is particularly suited to dispatching teams managing high daily order volumes, tight delivery windows, specialized vehicles, or frequently changing schedules.

The planning cockpit brings orders, vehicles, drivers, routes, live statuses, and forecasts together in a drag-and-drop Gantt view. In-house algorithms automate route planning, generate scheduling suggestions, optimize assignments and stop sequences, and continuously recalculate estimated times of arrival. Dispatchers remain in control: they can identify delivery-window, traffic, driving-time, and downstream tour conflicts early, compare alternatives, and adjust schedules during execution.

The optional opheo MOBILE driver app connects the dispatch office with drivers and vehicles. It supports digital tour transmission and processing, navigation, status feedback, document capture, and electronic proof of delivery. GPS, telematics, and tachograph data can be incorporated for live vehicle positions, more accurate ETAs, and remaining-driving-time forecasts. Companies without an existing telematics solution can also use opheo.

Open interfaces connect the software with ERP, WMS, freight exchange, and telematics systems. Supported integrations include SAP, TIMOCOM, GVS, SPEDION, and YellowFox. This allows orders and master data to enter the planning process while schedules, statuses, and ETA data are returned to connected applications, reducing duplicate data entry.

Organizations can deploy opheo on premises or use it as a SaaS solution hosted in Microsoft Azure. Optional modules and interfaces allow the solution to be adapted to different vehicle types and operational requirements.

Consultants and project managers support implementation and dispatcher onboarding. Training is divided into an introductory session covering master data and a dedicated dispatch training session. User manuals are also available for the core software and its add-on modules.
