Who is CrewLAB for

CrewLAB fits programs that take competition seriously and want one app instead of seven. Most coaches we work with come to us running their teams on a mix of Slack or WhatsApp for messaging, Google Sheets for attendance, a separate registration tool for sign-ups, Stripe or PayPal for payments, and a fourth system for training data. The friction of four logins and four data sources eventually adds up to a problem big enough to fix. That's where CrewLAB tends to land.

We're not the right fit for recreational programs that mostly need a simple groupchat — TeamSnap or a basic team app handles that better. We're the right fit for competitive programs where coaches care about athlete development, team culture, and SafeSport compliance as much as logistics.

What Makes CrewLAB Different

Most team management software was built admin-first and added a coaches' app later. CrewLAB started from the coaches' side and added the admin layer once the coaching product was already working. That ordering shows up in how the product feels to use.
