Simplify up and down stream communication between our organizations administrators and our field team. This is also a new company and very open to the user experience. I love that we can help steer its growth and move focus too aspects that will really assist our organization and team. Also quite happy it's not a US based company. The sis becoming more and more important to me with regards to my data. > > **Cons**: Sometime it is a little clunky and some aspects do not link together as I would like yet. This is mainly with the locations, communication, reporting and planning tools. This is tough though as it really is like a 5-7 dimensional object... > > We are growing and really needed an internal communication tool that could link multiple aspects and teams together without over burdening the field or administrators with unnecessary bells and whistles.
