It obviously is just simple/better/cleaner/easier than other form tools, but its flexibility invites creativity to a broad swath of use cases. It is incredibly easy to mirror your brand's aesthetic, and the embed everything (Stripe, Calendly) allow you to graduate from simple forms to complex user/purchase flows. We've used it for everything from user research to beta testing new features, to user onboarding. What really sets it apart is the customer support - I've never experienced a product at this price point with this high a touch of customer support that actually digs into the problem you are trying to solve vs. pushing out boilerplate macros. The documentation is pretty thorough and not too hard to understand. I like having examples I can import and play around with, it's the best way to understand how a feature works. The embedding process is simple and answers to every configuration. > > **Cons**: I wish there were more customization options on the free version ; I have some trouble understanding how I can use hidden fields for customization but I might not have all the tools available to exploit this feature fully. Modifying the layout is not the easiest to get but it's not a huge issue. > > Very easy to use, lots of use cases too.
