> MyDesk Visitor Management helps reception teams prepare visits, register arrivals and see expected and checked-in visitors in one place. It connects the welcome with Microsoft 365 workflows through Outlook preregistration and reception check-in screens.
Organisations can customise the registration flow, screen design and displayed information. Printed visitor badges are supported, and reusable E-Ink visitor badges can be added as a hardware option. The digital badge updates wirelessly at check-in and is returned after the visit for reuse. A rectangular model can display a photo; a smaller round model shows the visitor name and host without a photo. Branding, badge type, collection and reset are agreed during setup.
Visitor check-in screens can be supplied as counter or floor-standing models. Existing screens may be suitable after a compatibility check. Badge models, displays, printers and any required controller are priced separately from the visitor-management software.
The solution can be used for visitor registration or connected to the broader MyDesk platform, including meeting room booking, MyDesk Planner, meeting catering, desk and parking booking, information screens, AI Office Analytics and digital employee cards. MyDesk is developed in Denmark and provides onboarding and support. Contact MyDesk to agree the reception workflow, required modules and hardware.

> **Pros**: We chose MyDesk Guest Registration because we wanted to replace printed visitor badges with reusable E-ink guest cards. It gives our visitors a more modern and professional experience, while also reducing paper waste and manual work at reception. The digital guest cards are easy to update and clearly show the visitor’s name, company, host and visit information.
