> **Pros**: Ease of use, configuration with CRM was seamless, hands-on support for any needs. This application was truly designed for field sales and some features could even be implemented for inside sales. The capabilities are far beyond competitors and support is immediate/hands-on.

> **Cons**: Not many cons aside from expected maintenance with any new application for field sales. However, in my experience I would get slack direct messages from Leadbeam support the moment anything went wrong, and the fix was borderline immediate.

> Leadbeam is the definition of leveraging AI to optimize field sales...the UI is lightyears beyond the competition and you never feel left in the dark due to the hands-on support. It's mind boggling to me that companies are using anything other than Leadbeam in field sales...it's the best platform I've ever encountered. I think the key componenet of leadbeam that causes it to win is strategic setup in the beginning and ongoing maintenance that's offered by their team.

Leadbeam allows me to geographically plan my days while also helping me prospect nearby accounts that aren't in Salesforce. My post field day admin work always took a few hours, and now with Leadbeam, I can easily log my drop ins on the go\!
