Customized templates. Super stable platform - I think in the 5+ years I've been using it, it has gone done once during business hours. Integrates fax, phone reminders, patient portal, online forms, eRx with controlled substances. They are always rolling out new features like integrating PDMP and cover my meds. This program was a huge change from Allmeds, and I won't lie - in the early days it was a struggle. But here we are 5 weeks in and all of our staff are pros with the software. There are some changes that I would like to see, but overall I believe the value you are getting for the cost is great. We were being overcharged by Allmeds for every single update or addition of modules that were required to stay current. The layout was on the good side of mediocre. > > **Cons**: VERY POOR customer support. They used a ticketing system and seldom followed through with a solution in the same day. Features promised but never delivered. Missing data from migration which forced us to keep our legacy system up and running. They never did fix the missing data issues. Also, their system would occasionally go down and the support line went to voicemail. They also charge a hefty fee to get your data back. > > Smooth talking sales people promised the world to us and only delivered a basic and very limiting product. The data migration was a longer than expected process and we were always fighting with support over missing data. They expected us to go over thousands of patient documents and report what was missing. This was supposed to be their job.
