> **Pros**: Dynamic LMS offers great variety of training content as well as high levels of customisation which allows for great brand application. The team offer fantastic customer support and are creative, flexible and supportive through the whole process. From an end-user point of view it's easy to navigate and engaging.

> **Cons**: Further flexibility with regards to layout and course structure (i.e. being able to have a totally customisable home page) would be a great advantage.

> **Pros**: The extensive training and support provided as a group and one to one support throughout the move to the Dynamic LMS which has continued since the launch.&#10;The helpdesk response time and quality is very good.&#10;The LMS is easy to use for all levels of access, especially User Experience, the theme is visually complementary to multiple types of users, and we have had some good feedback from end users in relation to navigation.

> **Cons**: The limitations of Moodle where functionality is Core to Moodle.  In some cases, this has been an opportunity to our review processes to bring them in line with core functionality.  However, there are core features that do not support our Organisational methods, and we intend to work with Dynamic to suggest enhancements and to actively be involved in future developments and upgrades

> Our overall experience with Dynamic has been very good, from the moment of conception to 9 months into launching.  There are elements of the LMS which we learned prior to making the move and many we learned as we began using the system and sometimes that is the best way. > **Pros**: The customer support is great; very responsive and replies are always very clear. &#10;Once familiar with the system it is easy to see a learner's progress in terms of competencies which is really helpful. The system allows not just us as administrators to view progress, but also our stakeholder managers can access the system to see if their staff are trained and remain competent. This has allowed us to become more streamlined in delivering our service.&#10;It is easy to create courses and one familiar with all the options it is easy to create engaging and interactive courses.

> **Cons**: It is difficult initially to understand the language used when setting up courses. Once you get it, you can manage it.&#10;It can be difficult using the manual to find answers to questions about the system; we usually email the lovely \[sensitive content hidden\] who is fantastic at getting back to us with our many queries.&#10;We have around 30 courses available on the system; it can be really hard to find the course you want as the system does not allow you to scroll through them - you have to click through and it only allows you to see four at a time which makes it time consuming particularly if we are after the last course in the list.&#10;When we are looking to see if someone has attended/completed a course this is really easy to see if it is a face to face course, however the ones that are done via the system (and usually have a quiz to complete) are much harder to see at-a-glance if the learner has completed the course.&#10;When creating the courses it is an ongoing frustration that you have to go to the Content Bank to create an activity, and then back to the course you are creating to upload the content. It would be great to have this accessible in one place. It would also be far better if the content bank held all activities created from ALL courses - sometimes we want to use the same activity from a different course but can't copy it over to the new course.

> Overall the system has allowed us to better manage training attendance and competency, however with a few tweaks it could be even better.

> **Pros**: Any bugs and issues which are flagged to the team always get reported and added to their development lists. If we have any suggestions on how the system can be improved, the team always make note of the suggestions and add it to their list to discuss. Customer support from Dynamic is amazing and they are always around to support and assist when ever we need them.

> **Cons**: The only thing which we dislike is the search function since the Moodle upgrade. Since the Moodle upgrade, to search for a users account there are more clicks which we need to do prior to the update.

> Dynamic are amazing and the whole team are so helpful and accommodating. When ever we have quires/questions there is always somebody to contact whether it being their helpdesk or individual members of the team directly. The functionality within the system is amazing and is 100% reliable with updates implemented regularly with the team have done checks on prior to the push out. &#10;&#10;The view of the LMS is so clean and professional looking for both admins of the system and students. The LMS is very easy to use and navigate around for both admins of the system and students. Students on the platform have a clear understanding of what is required to be completed for their roles with how we have built our 'user groups'&#10;&#10;The Dynamic team are fab and they can't be faulted in any way.

> **Pros**: Dynamic have been very helpful in terms of customer service and always there to answer any queries we have and support us with our LMS. Our end users have found the system much easier to use than our previous LMS and it's quick and easy to add courses and completions.

> **Cons**: There are certain aspects of our old system that we cannot do within Dynamic such as allowing managers to book courses for their staff and also being able to create customised reports.
> 
> The experience overall has been good and Dynamic have been very supportive with any help we have required. Hopefully further down the line new features will be created such as allowing managers to book staff onto courses.
