Setting up an event was so easy. You are led through the process, without it being patronising, and from our very first event, everything ran smoothly. Responsiveness. When we did run into a problem, support were on it\! The very few issues we had were dealt with within hours, and support was kind and listened to the problem showing extensive knowledge. Value. This amazing service is essentially free\! Innovation. The features available are amazing. The waitlist functionality allowed our volunteers to concentrate on the veent instead of trawling through emails to find a customer to fill a spot. Other tweaks that we wanted were considered, and, if not totally crazy, added without fuss or problem. Privacy. There was no need to link every other social media account or other detail to our Simpli account. There was no requirement to use an advertising channel we did not want or need. We all felt that our privacy and that of our customers was valued and protected. Integration. Seamless integration with Stripe meant that we were not having to chase up payments or try to shoehorn a different payments platform into our flow. > > **Cons**: We honestly loved everything.
