Dashboards follow participation, results over time, and eNPS movement by team and department, with reporting views for managers. Paid plans include AI Analysis, which summarizes open-text survey answers into themes and suggested actions, plus an opt-in, admin-controlled Model Context Protocol (MCP) interface that lets AI assistants query engagement data and take authorized actions. For external context, the FeedbackPulse team publishes an open eNPS benchmark dataset of 554 compiled records across 18 industry categories, 7 company-size bands, and 65 countries and regions (January 2026 snapshot), with the methodology in full.

Employees sign in with Google, Microsoft, or Slack, and a Slack integration carries notifications and reminders. An employee directory with CSV import, three roles (Admin, Manager, Employee), and review cycle automation keep administration light. Eight interface languages are available, with reminders localized per recipient. By default, customer data stays in the EU, encrypted in transit and at rest; FeedbackPulse provides a data processing agreement and commits to 72-hour breach notification.
