> **Pros**: It was just so easy-to-use. Everything ran on autopilot in the background and we had a WhatsApp group with our account manager, who answered any queries or questions quickly.

> **Cons**: Didn't have an automated interview scheduler, although they now have built this. This would have been useful.

> Really easy. They're a small business, so one of the more senior directors handled the sales and onboarding process, we felt very taken care of. The customer service was excellent, very attentive, it took a couple weeks to familiarise ourself with al the functions but then we posted our first job and learnt on the job. It has helped us tremendously speed up our recruitment.

> **Pros**: It was really easy to post my jobs, and not have to worry about the unqualified applicants, or the admin، just concentrate on nurturing the best-fit.

> **Cons**: Not everyone completed their skill tests, even with the automated followups on email and WhatsApp. I guess they just lost interest in the job but they should let us know.

> From the personalised onboarding and through the first there, the platform is intuitive, user friendly and really helpful. It feels like they really understand the pain points in high-volume recruitment and have designed the platform to fix those issues without all the bells and whistles.
