> **Pros**: Indago is an easy to use CRM \& ATS. We have used the system for over 6 months now and have been happy with the prompt support provided by both phone and by email. We have a team of 5 recruiters and each one of them was offered onboarding/training to get them up and running at no extra cost. For the monthly price we are very impressed with the amount on offer - cv and company parsing, email integration, no limit on document storage etc. Also the fact that there is no long term contract is a bonus.

> **Cons**: There is no annual plan offered upfront and whilst we were offered something later down the line it would have been easier if it was an option at the start. Other than this there are no real negatives for the price.
