It facilitates the transition from Lotus Notes to Outlook, allowing access to email data across different platforms. It supports various versions of IBM Lotus Notes, including versions 12.0, 11.0, 10.0.1, 9.0.1, 8.5, 8.0.2, and 7.0. The converted PST files are compatible with Microsoft Outlook versions from 2003 to 2021. The software can process NSF files of any size and includes filtering options for selective folder conversion. It preserves the original folder structure and data integrity during the conversion process. A preview feature displays the NSF file structure, including folders and item counts, before conversion.

The software is compatible with Windows operating systems, including Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, and 7. It requires a minimum of 512 MB RAM and 100 MB of free disk space. The interface is designed for ease of use and does not require technical expertise. Lotus Notes must be installed on the system for the software to function. Encrypted NSF files are not supported.
