Good support. Great possibilities to serach through candidate database and find suitable candidates. Good possibility for integrations. A system with many possibilities, as long as you know your goal. > > **Cons**: When handling a great volume of employees. Then it get's a bit tough to oversee some detalis. I'd like to scale down possibilities to suit our process, mandatory fields and a way to guide my users through the process, to make it as easy as possible and not to "over do". Would like more notifications that "pop up" to responsible user. > > RecMan is an overall good experience, highly recommend\! A lot of features that increases efficiency, decreases admin, and supports our daily tasks and follow up.
