Invaluable asset to our service

Easy to use, amend and to add on new SOPs. Processes, checklists and policies are all in alphabetical order and are searchable. It has quickly become an invaluable asset to our service, as the go to place to get answers on how to do.

Pros

The functionality is really easy to use and easy to teach others to use.

Cons

When adding on a new Process and you wish to add who the Process if for the list is not in alphabetical order.

Intuitive and simple to use

Very simple and really intuitive to use, the team are really helpful and responsive.
The more we use the greater functionality we are discovering

Pros

The ease of uploading and sharing . The central location of sop's helps our multi site operations.

Cons

Could be easier to edit as you only see part of the sentance when you define steps etc.

Sophia Review

Easy to use and navigate. Better for the environment. Supports monitoring and auditing. Overall its a powerful positive tool for the organisation.

Pros

Access to all the processes and policies for our organisation. Real time updates. Better for the staff to understand. It supports multi tasking and training for staff or new members. The platform is a refresher guide if you forgotten how to do a task.

Cons

Unable to log on at times due to troubleshooting internet issues.

User- friendly Sophia review!

My overall experience with SOPHIA is positive. It is an excellent platform for new staff who can quickly find the information they need.
The regular updates to the information keep the content current and relevant, which is important for maintaining effective tasks.

Pros

The platform is user-friendly and easy to use, allowing even those with minimal technical skills to navigate it effortlessly.
The platform contains useful information, particularly for duty tasks, and provides step-by-step guidelines to proceed from the start of the referral until the end.

Cons

Despite its user-friendly design, those who are less familiar with digital tools may find it a bit challenging to get started.

Great system for a train domain

I feel it is a great tool if utilised correctly. The team are fantastic at what they do in terms of support.
