Invaluable asset to our service
Easy to use, amend and to add on new SOPs. Processes, checklists and policies are all in alphabetical order and are searchable. It has quickly become an invaluable asset to our service, as the go to place to get answers on how to do.
Pros
The functionality is really easy to use and easy to teach others to use.
Cons
When adding on a new Process and you wish to add who the Process if for the list is not in alphabetical order.

Intuitive and simple to use
Very simple and really intuitive to use, the team are really helpful and responsive.
The more we use the greater functionality we are discovering
Pros
The ease of uploading and sharing . The central location of sop's helps our multi site operations.
Cons
Could be easier to edit as you only see part of the sentance when you define steps etc.

Access to all the processes and policies for our organisation. Real time updates. Better for the staff to understand. It supports multi tasking and training for staff or new members. The platform is a refresher guide if you forgotten how to do a task.

Unable to log on at times due to troubleshooting internet issues.
