> **Pros**: What I like most about Projetly is how much manual work it takes off my plate. The AI meeting insights are genuinely useful, after calls it picks up on the key points so I'm not stuck writing everything down or trying to remember what was discussed. The auto task suggestions save me a good chunk of time too, instead of manually breaking down next steps I just review what it suggests and adjust as needed. And the recurring tasks feature has been great for keeping our regular check-ins and routine onboarding steps on track without me having to recreate them every time. Together, these three things have made our workflow feel a lot less manual and a lot more consistent.

> **Cons**: The main downside for me has been the learning curve. There's a lot packed into the platform, and it took some time to get comfortable navigating everything and understanding how the different features fit together. Once I got past that initial period it made a lot more sense, but I think a more guided onboarding or some in app walkthroughs would help new users get up to speed faster.
