We will be able to manage the whole hiring procedure smoothly thanks to the seamless integration of the ATS into the platform. Skima has a variety of powerful features that can be used for modern recruitment needs. Their customer service team is usually ready to remedy queries, which makes a big difference in every day operations.

> **Pros**: Skima a different features like AI MAtching Score,AI Resume Parser and Ai Job Description Generator which helped in faster search of the candidates applied for the job and Available in our resume database using different parameters ranking those candidates finding out the who will be the right candidtes for the job in our organisation.
