> **Pros**: Demodesk is incredibly good in taking notes and extracting valuable information from calls. It updates my CRM, writes follow-ups and creates on-point summaries. Overall a great time saver in sales.

> **Cons**: The notetaker is always visible as a separate person in calls, personally I think this is very transparent to all meeting participants, but some prefer "hidden" notetakers.

> Demodesk saves me at least 1 hour per day, I use it to record all my meetings (sales \&amp; also internal meetings), summarize the meetings, update my CRM and most importantly to write follow-up mails. I have configured a few templates, so I get exactly the information I need from every meeting and the necessary next steps. We started to use Demodesk now also in hiring calls and I even "misused" it to record \&amp; summarize my vacation planning meeting :D
