> **Pros**: the customer support when facing issues is extremely efficient. The issues I raised with the team were dealt with on the same day or sooner. The overall software is easy to understand and use, each block comes with descriptions and how best to use it.

> **Cons**: Some of the examples are in Russian, so native English speakers might find it hard to follow along, especially if you have never used an RPA software before
